The City has applied for a CDBG Downtown Revitalization Grant for 7 participating downtown buildings. Work will include facade repairs, masonry work, new windows, new doors, lighting, signage, and more. We are awaiting a decision on our application. We expect to hear from the Iowa Economic Development Authority by the end of January.
